[General Member] Application for Seal Usage
If a seal is required when stamping a contract, users can request seal usage and track the approval status.

Seal Management
Go to Management > Seal Registry.
Click [+ Request for Seal Usage] in the upper right corner.
Request for Seal Usage
Enter or select the necessary details for seal usage.
Select the contract where the seal will be applied. If you're using a seal for an e-signature, select the contract during the request.
Click [Settings] to add an approval line for seal usage.
Click [Add Approver +] to assign an approver. Seal usage requires approval from the Administrator.
Once submitted, the request will be marked as Pending Approval in the list.
Seal use approval or rejection notifications will be sent via email.
