[General Member] Application for Seal Usage

If a seal is required when stamping a contract, users can request seal usage and track the approval status.

Applying for Seal Usage

  1. Seal Management

  • Go to Management > Seal Registry.

  • Click [+ Request for Seal Usage] in the upper right corner.

  1. Request for Seal Usage

  • Enter or select the necessary details for seal usage.

  • Select the contract where the seal will be applied. If you're using a seal for an e-signature, select the contract during the request.

  • Click [Settings] to add an approval line for seal usage.

  • Click [Add Approver +] to assign an approver. Seal usage requires approval from the Administrator.

  • Once submitted, the request will be marked as Pending Approval in the list.

Seal use approval or rejection notifications will be sent via email.
