### Adding an Opinion

* Review contracts and leave comments.
* If a contract is rejected and restarted, only comments on the active contract will be displayed.
* Comments from previous versions can be viewed by enabling the “View All” toggle.

### Viewing History

* Check comments left by members on the contract.
* Enabling the “View All” toggle will display the entire contract history.
