If the contract is not uploading, please check the following items.
Supported formats: We support DOC, DOCX, HWP, and HWPX files.
The size of the file you are uploading: You can upload files up to 30MB in size.
Password protection: Files with a password cannot be uploaded. Check the password settings under File > Info > Protect Document before uploading.
Go to File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Protected View.
Uncheck the following options for smooth operation. - Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet - Enable Protected View for files located in potentially unsafe locations
You can add up to 10 signatures to a single contract. In the second step of setting up an E-Signature, please invite people to sign through the [Add Signer] button.
Contracts do not get saved in real time while being edited. After editing, click the [Save New Version] button in the upper right corner to save your changes. If you exit the screen without saving, your changes may be lost.
Yes, it’s possible to attach additional files related to your contract. You can add necessary documents, such as Appendix, Attachment, and Related Contracts, under Contract Information.
Contracts can only be modified by users registered with allibee. If you need to revise the contract with the counterparty, use the memo feature to enter discussion points. If you download the contract as a Word file and send it to the recipient, they can review the information you entered as a memo.
Only contracts in the Creation stage can be deleted. Deletion is not possible after a review request has been made. If the contract is canceled, click the [Unexecuted Contract] button to end the contract process.
Approval requests are processed based on the department to which you belong, as defined in the organization chart. The available approvers vary depending on the following conditions:
If a department head is designated: Both the department head and yourself will appear as approver options, and you can select either.
If no department head is designated: All members of the department (including yourself) will appear as approver options.
If you are the department head: Only you will appear as the approver, and the selection cannot be changed.
※ If you are affiliated with both a main division and one or more sub divisions, the above rules are applied separately to each division. Approvers from all divisions — including division heads or members — will appear in the approver selection list.
When you reopen a rejected contract, the [Resubmission For Review] button will appear. Click the button to request another review.
After a review request has been submitted, the contract cannot be modified or deleted. In this case, click the [Unexecuted Contract] button, enter a reason, and complete the process.
In this case, you can proceed in one of two ways, depending on the situation.
If the contract content needs to be edited, change its status to Unexecuted Contract and proceed with a new contract.
If the approval line or additional information needs to be modified, proceed with a Resubmission For Review.
Once designated as a legal team member, it's possible to review the contract via the review request email. Alternatively, you can find it in the Review tab under the Contract List menu.
No. The counterparty can sign the contract via the signature request email, even without an allibee account.
No, you do not need to manage the counterparty’s seal. When signing, the counterparty uploads an image of their seal and signs directly.
Yes, allibee is a web-based service that supports e-signatures on mobile devices without requiring any installation. However, when using a seal for e-signatures, be mindful of file format and size restrictions. We recommend saving the stamp image on your mobile device in advance for easy uploading.

In the second step of setting up an e-signature, enter the information of the signer. You can then choose between "Sign in Sequence" or "Sign Out of Sequence.”
Yes, allibee provides additional security measures to verify the signer's identity, ensuring a secure and reliable contract process.
One-time code for identity verification: A one-time code is sent to the email address that received the signature request. The signer must enter this code for additional authentication.
Simple Authentication: You can easily verify your identity by entering the signer's mobile phone number. The signer can verify their identity by entering their mobile phone number. This method works only if the name associated with the number matches the person completing the e-signature. Please note that authentication will fail if the name differs, such as when using a corporate name. (Please note that simple authentication is available only with Korean mobile phone numbers.)
Yes, you can cancel an e-signature if the counterparty hasn’t signed yet. Please note that canceling your signature will trigger a cancellation email notification.
If the signature is not completed by the Signing due date, you can resend the e-signature request by setting it up again.
To use a registered seal for e-signature in allibee, you must first submit a seal usage request via the [Seal Registry] menu.
When submitting the request, you must select the relevant contract in the “related contracts and documents” section of the Request for Seal Usage pop-up. If no contract is selected, the seal will not appear on the e-signature page. In that case, please submit the seal usage request again, making sure to select the appropriate contract.
Search for executed contracts with ease using various filters to match your criteria. Additionally, AI-powered search technology allows you to quickly find contract content through a conversational search format.
To upload a contract, click [Upload Executed Contract] in Quick Start or go to Contract > Repository.
Linke and register a draft contract: Upload and link executed contract that were previously reviewed in allibee. (For example: A contract signed with a physical stamp after skipping the electronic signature step.)
Single Registration of Unreviewed Documents: You can upload and manage contracts you have signed in the past.

Executed contracts that were not electronically signed can be deleted by the assigned contract person in charge or administrator.

Electronic approval is a feature that allows you to manage final contract approvals in one place within allibee. If internal approval is not required, you can skip this step by clicking the [Skip] button.
To activate the Settings button for the approval line, you must include the Approval stage. The setup cannot be completed if you only enter Adjustment or Agreement steps. Additionally, the contract drafter cannot add themselves as an approver.
You can withdraw your approval before it is finalized by clicking the [Withdraw] button. After withdrawing, you can revise and resubmit the approval. However, once a contract has gone through electronic approval, you cannot skip the approval step in future submissions.
Yes, integration with an in-house approval system is possible through a custom implementation. Development costs and requirements will be determined through a mutual discussion.
Yes, each member in allibee is assigned a default permission level, and common features are managed through permission groups. If you need more customized access control, you can create a custom permission group and assign members accordingly.
By default, users can only view contracts they have created, except for administrators. To grant access to another user, use Contract Information > Add Reference person to give them viewing permissions.
The AI Contract Review feature helps analyze contracts using allibee’s self-developed legal AI. It reviews contracts based on predefined guidelines, highlighting clauses that may need revision.

Yes, you can translate text within Korean ↔ English contracts by selecting the part that needs translation. Each translation request supports up to 2,000 characters at a time.
Check AI usage by logging in as an Administrator and navigating to Admin > Payment/Billing > AI Credits. AI usage is calculated daily, so you can view the previous day’s usage.
Only the author or administrator can change the contract Person in Charge. Go to Contract Information and click the button on the right of the Person in Charge section to assign a different person.
Yes, you can track and review the full history of the contract, including drafting and revisions, opinions from related departments and contract counterparties, and the time of signing.
Yes, the requester of the e-signature can also join in the signing process. In the second step of setting up an e-signature, the requester can check the box next to their own name to join in the signing.
