[Legal Team Member] Legal Review and Approval

A legal team member reviews assigned contracts and either approves or rejects them.

Only members with review approval/rejection permissions can perform a legal review.

Checking Assigned Review Tasks

There are two ways to check contracts assigned for legal review.

1. Via Email Notification

• When assigned as a legal team member, you will receive a work assignment email.

• Click [View Contract] in the email to begin reviewing the contract.

1. In the Contract List Menu

• ‘Legal Review In Progress’ can be found in Contract List > Review tab.

Approving or Rejecting a Legal Review

1. Approving a Legal Review

• If there are no issues with the contract, click [Approve Legal Review].

1. Rejecting a Legal Review

• If the contract needs revisions, click [Reject Legal Review] to send it back for modifications.

Once a legal review is approved, the contract moves to final approval by the Administrator.

If a legal review is rejected, the contract owner must resubmit it for review.
