Find answers to common questions about using the Business Agent feature.

How does the Business Agent respond when information is not available in the Allibee database?

If there is insufficient data in the allibee DB, the system avoids generating false answers and instead searches the web for relevant materials. It’s possible to check the original sources of materials retrieved through web search.

Can I download reference materials from the allibee DB?

No, the original text of allibee DB materials belongs to BHSN and cannot be downloaded. However, you can view the original text within allibee.

Will AI Credits be deducted if I don’t receive an answer?

No, if the Business Agent cannot generate an answer, your AI Credits will not be deducted.

What is the difference between allibee DB and an internal DB?

The allibee DB is a comprehensive knowledge base built and maintained by allibee. An internal DB is a custom database where users can upload and store their own documents. Users can choose which database to use when requesting an answer.

What are the storage limits for an internal DB?

It’s possible to store up to 500MB of data in your in-house DB. You can upload files up to 30MB at a time.

How can I enable the internal DB feature for my Business Agent?

Please contact allibee to activate the internal DB function.
