# \[2026.09.07] 앨리비 서비스 이용약관 개정 안내

안녕하세요, 앨리비입니다.

앨리비 서비스를 이용해 주시는 회원 여러분께 감사드립니다.

서비스명 변경사항을 반영하기 위해 이용약관이 개정될 예정임을 안내드립니다.

#### 개정 일정

* 개정 약관 공고일: 2026년 9월 7일
* 개정 약관 시행일: 2026년 9월 15일

#### 개정 배경

* allibee는 각 서비스의 역할을 보다 명확하게 구분하고, 계약 업무 전반을 하나의 흐름으로 연결할 수 있도록 서비스명과 구성을 새롭게 정비합니다.
* Cue는 Agent의 주요 AI 기능을 통합하여 allibee라는 이름의 AI 계약관리 서비스로 새롭게 제공됩니다.
* 기존 서비스의 명칭도 아래와 같이 변경됩니다.
  * allibee CLM 계약관리 기업법무관리 솔루션 → allibee for Biz
  * allibee Agent → allibee for Legal
* allibee for Biz와 allibee for Legal은 기존과 동일하게 별도의 서비스로 계속 제공되며, 이번 개편은 기존 제품의 종료를 의미하지 않습니다.

#### 주요 개정 내용

* 이번 개정은 서비스 명칭 표기 변경에 한정됩니다.
* 이용 조건, 요금, 제공 기능, 회원의 권리·의무에는 변동이 없습니다.
* 이용 중이신 서비스는 기존과 동일하게 계속 제공되며, 이번 개정은 서비스 종료를 의미하지 않습니다.

개정된 이용약관은 2026년 9월 15일부터 적용됩니다.

개정 약관에 동의하지 않으시는 경우 시행일 전일까지 이의를 제기하거나 이용계약 해지 또는 회원 탈퇴를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 별도의 의사표시 없이 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하시는 경우에는 개정된 이용약관이 적용됩니다.

앞으로도 더욱 편리하고 안정적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.
