### 사내 템플릿

* 계약 > 계약 분류 및 템플릿 메뉴의 **'사내 템플릿'**&#xC5D0;서 자체 계약서 템플릿을 생성할 수 있습니다.
* 생성한 템플릿은 목록에서 확인할 수 있으며 배포 상태를 조정하여 사용 여부를 결정할 수 있습니다.
* 템플릿이 '**배포중'** 상태일 경우, \[새 계약 작성 > 템플릿] 목록에 노출됩니다.
* 각 템플릿의 우측 더보기 버튼을 통해 템플릿 복제, 수정, 삭제가 가능합니다.
* 템플릿 내용을 수정하려면 상태를 '**배포 예정'**&#xC73C;로 변경해야 합니다.

계약서 작성 시 자주 수정되는 항목을 필드로 설정할 수 있습니다.\
필드는 입력값의 성격에 따라 다양한 유형으로 지정할 수 있으며, 계약서 본문에 연결되어 작성 시 자동으로 치환됩니다.

#### 필드 입력 설정

필드 입력 시 함께 설정하는 항목들은 계약서 작성 시 참고할 수 있는 정보로 함께 표시됩니다.\
특히, 수치형 필드는 단위와 기본값을 함께 설정하면 보다 빠르고 편리하게 입력할 수 있습니다.

### 조건&#x20;

조건은 계약서 작성 시 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있는 조항을 유연하게 구성할 수 있도록 도와주는 기능입니다.\
선택된 조건값에 따라 계약서 본문에 서로 다른 문구를 적용할 수 있습니다.

1. 자동연장 여부
